HUDA Ashiana Scheme 2017 - 264 Flats at Sector-14 Part-2 Karnal

Haryana Urban Development Authority has started HUDA Ashiana Scheme 2017 at Sector-14 Part-2 Karnal. Under HUDA Karnal Ashiana Multi-storey Flat Scheme application has been already started accepting for allotment of 264 units.

Under this HUDA Housing Scheme 2017, people living in slum areas of the city can apply for the scheme from 20^th April onward.

Details of HUDA Ashiana Scheme Karnal 2017

Applications for 264 Ashiana Flats in Sector 14 Part-2 Karnal at total cost of Rs 63,33,203 per flat unit are invited from existing slum dwellers.

How to Apply and Registration Fees

For HUDA Ashiana Scheme Karnal Application form cum brochure can be collected from Office of Property Officer, HUDA Sector-12, Karnal. After completing the form with accurate and correct details, application form will be submitted to the same from where it is collected along with registration amount and processing fees of Rs. 100.

SC/CT/OBC and handicap- Rs. 8,000/-

Terms and Conditions

• Priority will be given to slum dwellers living in Sector 14, Part-2 Karnal. Those who are identified in the biometric Survey of 2013.


• Flats are not transferred for a period of 20 years.


• Allottee cannot transfer/sublet/lease the flat for a period of 20 years.
