Haryana Sports Scholarship/ Cash Award 2017-18

Haryana Sports Scholarship Form 2018: Department of Sports and Youth Affair has been accepting Haryana Sports Cash Award Form 2017-18. Haryana Sports Department has published an official notification on http://haryanasports.gov.in/ along with scholarship form. Interested sports playing students of school and college can download the application form online and apply before 20^th June 2018.

Under the auspicious scheme, Haryana Govt. aims to encourage sports player of the state have ability and performing good at international, state and national level.

Documents Required

• Certificate of first/second/third position of the sports person in recognized game as per rules.


• Certificate/ Document of representing Haryana in the game.


• Attested copy of sports achievement.


• Date of birth certificate


• Haryana Domicile certificate


• Three passport size photograph


• PAN Card Copy


• Aadhaar Card Copy


• Copy of bank account along with complete details


• Declaration by Applicant on stamp paper of Rs. 10 Regarding Doping and sports achievement.

Who can Apply?

Only those international/national players will be eligible for cash prizes, which have participated in the national / state level competition at least once in the last three years from the state of Haryana. In this period of time, they have not participated from no other state/unit/institution in games.

Last date to apply

Haryana Sports Cash Award Form 2017-18 will be only accepted till 20^th June 2018. All applications received after the date will not be counted.

• Interested Haryana Sports person need to download Scholarship online application form and get it from below.


• Applicant need to fill the column in the application form that includes Bank name, account number, IFSC code, Aadhaar Card number and unique code is compulsory.

This scheme has been introduced in the state to ensure and boost higher education for girls under the plan. Under it, 10 topper girls who have passed in 12^th with 60% and above marks and completing their general degree in Government Colleges will get annual stipend.

Scholarship Amount- Rs. 3,000 per student annually.

HARYANA STATE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

The scheme has been introduced to award graduate and postgraduate students on the basis of position and performance Annual University Examination. Under this state government scholarship programme both male and female student of General and SC category have fixed annual scholarship award.

Scholarship Amount

First in Merit- Rs. 5000 P.A

Second in Merit- Rs. 3000 P.A

Third in Merit- Rs. 2000 P.A

Haryana State Scholarship for CBSE Board Students who attain Merit position

For Meritorious Students of CBSE Board Annual Examination scholarship annual reward has been given by Haryana Government to encourage them. One Boy and one girl (topper of state in examination) of 10^th and 12^th class studying CBSE Board School given scholarship for Merit Position in the examination.

For 10^th Student- Rs. 25,000

For 12^th Student- Rs. 1,00,000

Scholarship Scheme for Grand Children of Freedom Fighters

For students who are children of Freedom Fighters an amount of Rs. 2000 P.A and Rs. 1000 per month has been given by state government. The scholarship scheme is only for college students pursuing higher education in Govt/ Non Govt. colleges of Haryana.

SC/OBC Post Matric Haryana Scholarship Last Date: State government has extended the period for submission of SC/ BC Post Matric Scholarship 2016-2017.
