HBH New Scheme at Sector-31 Panchkula for Ex-Defence & Para Military Personnel

Housing Board Haryana announced new scheme offering affordable housing at Panchkula, Sector 31, location. Under the scheme, Ex-Defence & Para Military Personnel of state can apply for flat scheme of HBH at Panchkula Sector 31.

Under the Housing Board new Scheme, a total of 88 flats are offered of type B with 645sq.ft as covered area. Flat under this housing project will resemble 2-bedroom, bath, kitchen, drawing room and WC, front and side balcony.

Scheme Closes: 19 May 2017

Eligibility Criteria for Housing Board Haryana Panchkula Sector 31 Scheme

• Candidate must be a resident of Haryana.


• Only one of husband or wife can apply for the scheme.


• Ex-defence or Para Military personnel up to the rank of JCOs or equivalent or family.


• Applicant should not benefit from any HUDA and HBH housing Scheme.


• Document of service in forces required.

How to Apply
Online application for the HBH ne scheme has not started. Only offline form will be submitted for the same.

Interested applicant can get Brochure cum application form with a cost of brochure is Rs. 100/- (Non-Refundable)from head office of HBH at Panchkula and Divisional Office at Panchkula, Karnal, Rohtak, Faridabad and Gurugram(Gurgaon).

After completely filling the application form submit it to the same along with registration amount that id 10% of estimated cost of flat.
