HUDA Ashiana Scheme 2017 - 264 Flats at Sector-14 Part-2 Karnal
Haryana Urban Development Authority has started HUDA Ashiana Scheme 2017 at Sector-14 Part-2 Karnal. Under HUDA Karnal Ashiana Multi-storey Flat Scheme application has been already started accepting for allotment of 264 units.
Under this HUDA Housing Scheme 2017, people living in slum areas of the city can apply for the scheme from 20th April onward.
Registration Closes: 5th May 2017
Applications for 264 Ashiana Flats in Sector 14 Part-2 Karnal at total cost of Rs 63,33,203 per flat unit are invited from existing slum dwellers.
For HUDA Ashiana Scheme Karnal Application form cum brochure can be collected from Office of Property Officer, HUDA Sector-12, Karnal. After completing the form with accurate and correct details, application form will be submitted to the same from where it is collected along with registration amount and processing fees of Rs. 100.

Terms and Conditions
- Priority will be given to slum dwellers living in Sector 14, Part-2 Karnal. Those who are identified in the biometric Survey of 2013.
- Flats are not transferred for a period of 20 years.
- Allottee cannot transfer/sublet/lease the flat for a period of 20 years.

Haryana Government is offering Disability Pension to persons of the state as monthly financial assistance. Citizens of state with age of 18 and above and having 70% disability will get help under this pension program.
For applying Disability Pension, online eligible candidates can visit their nearest Common Service Center.

Eligibility Criteria For Haryana Disability Pension
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- His/ her age should be more than 18 years.
- Minimum 70% disability
- Mental Retardation with I.Q. not exceeding 50%
- Lose sense for the ordinary purpose of hearing to an extent of not.
- Total sight loss or 100% blindness.
- Visual equity not exceeding 3/60 to 10/200 in the better eye with correcting lens
- Self-income from all sources should not be more than unskilled labor wages.

HBH New Scheme at Sector-31 Panchkula for Ex-Defence & Para Military Personnel
Housing Board Haryana announced new scheme offering affordable housing at Panchkula, Sector 31, location. Under the scheme, Ex-Defence & Para Military Personnel of state can apply for flat scheme of HBH at Panchkula Sector 31.
HBH New Scheme 2017 at Panchkula Sector-31 Details
Under the Housing Board new Scheme, a total of 88 flats are offered of type B with 645sq.ft as covered area. Flat under this housing project will resemble 2-bedroom, bath, kitchen, drawing room and WC, front and side balcony.

Online application for the HBH ne scheme has not started. Only offline form will be submitted for the same.
Interested applicant can get Brochure cum application form with a cost of brochure is Rs. 100/- (Non-Refundable)from head office of HBH at Panchkula and Divisional Office at Panchkula, Karnal, Rohtak, Faridabad and Gurugram(Gurgaon).
After completely filling the application form submit it to the same along with registration amount that id 10% of estimated cost of flat.
Brochure cum application form for the scheme will also be collected from the bank branches listed below.

HUDA Ashiana Scheme, Jagadhri Draw Result for BPL/EWS Flats
Lottery Draw result of HUDA Ashiana Scheme EWS flats at Sector-17 Part-II Jagadhari has been declared by Haryana Urban Development authority. As notified HUDA conducted lottery event for BPL flats draw result at 12:00 AM on 12th April.
